Return/Refund Policy

🛍️ Refund & Cancellation Policy – MyLuxury Lane Enterprise


This policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund for products or services purchased via the Platform.


🔄 Cancellation Terms

- Cancellation requests are accepted within 3 days of placing the order.

- Cancellations may not be processed if:

  - The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant.

  - Shipping has been initiated or the product is out for delivery.

- In such cases, you may refuse delivery at the doorstep.


💸 Refund Charges

- A refund processing fee of ₹100 or more may be deducted from each refund issued or requested through MyLuxury Lane Enterprise.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

- Report any damaged or defective items to our Customer Service Team within 3 days of receipt.

- The seller/merchant will verify the issue before approval.

- If the product differs from its description or does not meet expectations, notify us within 1 day of delivery. Our team will assess and respond accordingly.


🛡️ Manufacturer Warranty

- For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.


⏳ Refund Timeline

- Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.


🔁 Return & Exchange Eligibility

- Requests must be made within 1 day of delivery from myluxurylane.com or myluxurylane.in.

- After 1 day, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted.

- To qualify:

  - Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  - Sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  - Exchanges are only offered for items found to be defective or damaged.


🚫 Non-Refundable Advance (COD)

- Advance payments made via GoKwik Cash on Delivery at checkout are non-refundable under all circumstances.


🚫 Non-Returnable Categories

- Certain product categories may be exempt from returns or refunds. These will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.


📩 Return Processing

- Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

- If approved after quality check, your request will be processed in accordance with our policy.
